Aerobic Conditioning

This is our fit for life workout. Here you will be put through challenging routines that will condition your whole body. This is not an '80's leotard aerobics workout'. This is an intense programme that will work you hard, make you sweat, target weight loss and increase your total body fitness levels.

Soul Train

This is our deep burning engine building session for endurance. Here you will be focusing on your legs, glutes and core. This intense workout will develop your core fitness that you need for any level of sport or general fitness and it's intense enough to reach deep into your soul.
